We're not trying to replace FBO One or Total FBO — those are deep back-office ERPs with decades of billing, fuel reconciliation, and compliance logic. RampReady is the pilot relationship and real-time operations layer that sits in front of them. Here's the honest side-by-side.

FBO One, Total FBO, and X-1FBO are enterprise resource planning systems. They handle invoicing, AR, fuel reconciliation, hangar scheduling, customs workflows, and accounting integrations. If you run a multi-location FBO, you need one of them. We're not trying to replace that.
RampReady lives in front of the ERP. We're the surface your CSR looks at when a pilot radios in, the app your line crew carries on the ramp, and the thing the pilot uses to see your fuel price at 6 AM before filing the flight plan. That layer didn't really exist before — ERPs are optimized for what happens after the plane leaves.
The biggest practical difference: you can sign up for RampReady and be using it the same afternoon. No sales call, no implementation timeline, no six-figure contract. If we don't solve real problems on day one you cancel and move on. That shouldn't be revolutionary — but in FBO software it kind of is.
We're building toward ERP integrations (export to FBO One, Total FBO, and QuickBooks) so you don't have to double-enter transactions. Ask us where that is on the roadmap if it matters to your decision.
Try it yourself
Sign up, add your FBO, post your fuel prices. If it doesn't earn its seat by the end of your first shift, cancel on the spot.
