Terms of Service

Last updated: September 29, 2026

These Terms are written in plain English, organized by topic, and cover every way you can use RampReady. If something isn't clear, email us — we'll tell you what it means.

01

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and RampReady LLC (“RampReady,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and govern your use of the RampReady™ platform, including getrampready.com, the FBO Dashboard, and the Pilot Portal (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02

Definitions

  • “FBO” — a Fixed Base Operator business using the Service.
  • “Pilot” — an individual aviator using the Service.
  • “User,” “you” — anyone accessing or using the Service.
  • “Content” — information, data, messages, requests, and other material created, submitted, or stored via the Service.
  • “Subscription” — a paid plan that grants ongoing access to paid features of the Service.
03

Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. If you are creating an FBO account on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@getrampready.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

04

The Service

RampReady is a ground-operations platform that connects pilots and FBOs. The Service currently includes:

  • FBO Dashboard — arrivals queue, fuel price posting, ramp fee waiver tracking, pilot messaging, analytics, and related tools for FBO staff.
  • Pilot Portal — FBO search, service requests, messaging with FBOs, ramp fee waiver calculator, flight history.

Features, pricing, and availability may evolve over time. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, though we will not materially reduce a feature already included in a paid Subscription during its current term without reasonable notice.

05

Subscription plans and billing

Plans

Current plans, included features, and prices are listed on getrampready.com/#pricing. We may add, change, or retire plans over time. Price increases to active paid Subscriptions will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect.

Free trial

New FBO Subscriptions start with a free trial of 30 days, one per FBO. You must add a payment card to start the trial, and you will not be charged during it. When the trial ends, your card is charged the price of the plan you selected (for the Founding plan, the full 12-month Founding payment) and your Subscription continues under these Terms, unless you cancel before the trial ends from Settings → Billing. We will send you a reminder before the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial you will not be charged, and your access ends when the trial ends. An FBO that has already had a free trial is not eligible for another.

Founding FBO subscription

The Founding FBO plan is billed when its free trial ends, annually and in advance, as a full 12-month commitment paid up front. The Founding price is not refundable except where required by law. The Founding plan does not auto-renew: at least 30 days before the end of the 12-month Founding period we will notify you and ask you to select a standard plan (Starter or Pro) at the then-current price. If you do not select a plan, your Subscription ends at the close of the Founding period and you will not be charged again.

Pilot access

Pilot access to RampReady is currently provided free of charge. RampReady reserves the right to introduce paid pilot tiers or features in the future; any such change will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Fuel price viewing will remain free.

Auto-renewal and cancellation

Except for the Founding plan (see above), Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan unless canceled. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you retain access until then.

Refunds

Except where required by law, Subscription fees — including the upfront annual Founding payment — are non-refundable. Cancellation part-way through a billing period does not result in a prorated refund.

Payment processor

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to the applicable Stripe terms. We do not receive or store your full card details; Stripe is the payment processor and card data custodian.

Taxes

Listed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes that apply to your Subscription.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend access to paid features, or terminate the Subscription after reasonable notice. Reactivation may require bringing the account current.

06

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person.
  • Scrape, spider, or bulk-download data from the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, except where law expressly permits.
  • Circumvent authentication, rate limits, or other access controls.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.
  • Resell, sublicense, white-label, or otherwise commercially redistribute the Service without our prior written permission.
  • Impersonate another person, pilot, or FBO, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Submit information you know to be false or misleading — including knowingly inaccurate fuel prices, ramp fees, or service availability.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages to pilots or FBOs.

RampReady has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: we remove such content when we find it or it is reported to us, and we can close the accounts of users who post it or abuse others. We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including warning, suspending, or terminating accounts. We may also, but are not obligated to, review Content, and may remove, hide, or refuse to display any Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, the law, or a third party's rights — without prior notice and without limiting our other remedies.

07

Your content

You retain all rights to the Content you submit to the Service. By submitting Content, you grant RampReady a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, display, and process that Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and, where applicable, for the FBO / pilot you are communicating with.

You are solely responsible for your Content. You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate any third-party right or applicable law.

08

Our intellectual property

The Service — including all software, design, logos, text, graphics, and trademarks (other than your Content) — is owned by RampReady or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for the duration of your Subscription (or, for free users, the duration of your free access). No other rights are granted.

09

Third-party services

The Service integrates with and relies on third-party services, including Stripe, Supabase, Stream Chat, Mapbox, Sentry, Upstash, Anthropic, Resend, Vercel, and Flightradar24. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.

AI-generated content. Portions of the Service (such as customer-history briefings) are generated by artificial-intelligence models using data already in your account. AI-generated content may contain errors and is provided as a convenience summary only — verify it against the underlying records before acting on it.

10

Fuel prices and operational data

Fuel prices, ramp fees, waiver minimums, hours, and other operational details shown in the Service are self-reported by FBOs. They may be out of date, inaccurate, or incorrect.

Always verify pricing and services directly with the FBO before relying on them for flight planning or financial decisions. RampReady does not guarantee the accuracy of FBO-submitted data and is not a party to any transaction between a pilot and an FBO.

Flight tracking data. Flight positions, ETAs, countdowns, and arrival detections shown in the Service are derived from third-party ADS-B data (from Flightradar24) and automated estimates. They may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, are provided for situational awareness only, and must not be relied on for flight operations, navigation, separation, or any safety-of-flight purpose.

11

Flight-safety disclaimer

The Service is an operations and coordination tool. It is not a flight-planning, navigation, dispatch, weather, NOTAM, or safety-of-flight system, and must not be used as a substitute for any of those.

Any aeronautical decision — including go / no-go, fuel load, alternate selection, weight and balance, and compliance with regulations — remains solely your responsibility and must be made using official aviation resources and your own training and judgment.

12

Service availability

We target high uptime but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available. We may perform scheduled maintenance, update the Service, or make changes at any time. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, maintenance, or third-party outages.

13

Termination

By you. You may cancel your Subscription or delete your account at any time via Settings. Cancellation stops future billing; deletion removes your personal data within 30 days, subject to retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.

By us. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or engage in activity we reasonably believe harms the Service, our users, or third parties. Where reasonable and permitted, we will give you notice and an opportunity to cure.

Effect of termination. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Content ownership, our intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will survive.

14

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.

15

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RampReady's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) US$100.

In no event will RampReady be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunity, or business interruption, regardless of the legal theory and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.

16

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RampReady and our officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service, (b) your Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party right.

17

Dispute resolution

Informal resolution first. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at hello@getrampready.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Venue. Any formal dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

18

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and by updating the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the Service and cancel your Subscription.

19

Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and RampReady regarding the Service.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
  • Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • No agency. These Terms do not create an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
  • Notices. We may give notices by email to your account address or by posting them on the Service.
