Delete your RampReady account
Last updated: November 4, 2026
This page is for the RampReady app for pilots, on iPhone and Android. You can delete your account in the app in a few taps, or ask us by email if you no longer have the app.
Delete your account in the app
The steps are the same on iPhone and Android.
- Open the RampReady app and sign in.
- Tap Profile at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete account again to confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.
Ask us to delete it
If you no longer have the app, email hello@getrampready.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We reply to confirm the request came from you, delete the account within 30 days, and email you when it is done. If you no longer use that address, tell us which address the account has and we will find another way to confirm it is yours.
FBO staff can also delete their own account on the website: sign in, open Settings, and use Delete account.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number, home airport and photo.
- Your aircraft, with their operators, and your rewards program numbers.
- Your requests and trips, and the reviews you wrote.
- The messages you sent. The FBO's own replies are the FBO's and stay in its thread.
- Your notifications, and the push tokens for your phones.
What we keep, and for how long
- Past visits — an FBO on RampReady keeps its records of your visits (tail number, arrival or departure details, and its notes) in its history, and we keep our own record that a tail number sent a request to an FBO. The link to your account is removed from both.
- Requests already emailed to an FBO — they stay in that FBO's inbox. Those FBOs are independent businesses, so their own privacy practices apply.
- Copies held by our chat provider — deleted through Stream's own process, within 30 days.
- Error reports — kept up to 90 days, then deleted.
- Encrypted database backups — kept up to 12 weeks, then rotated out. Deleted data can stay in a backup until it rotates.
- Payment records — only for an FBO subscription, kept for tax and accounting, typically 7 years. Pilot accounts are free and have none.
